BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 87

Trustee to give Official Receiver and bankrupt information, &c.

87. Section 170 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "(not being the Official Trustee)"
        after

"a bankrupt"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "and documents".
