BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 89

89. Section 174 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting "books,"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof "and shall permit a creditor of the
        bankrupt to inspect, at all reasonable times, either personally or by
        an agent, those accounts and records".
