BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 95
Bankruptcy of trustee, &c.
95. Section 182 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(4) Where a person registered as a trustee dies, the person administering the
estate of the deceased person shall forthwith notify, in writing, the
Registrar for the District in which the trustee was ordinarily resident of
that fact.
Penalty: $100.".
