BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 16

16. Section 54 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(3) the following sub-section:

"(3A) Where a trustee to whom a copy of a statement has been furnished under
sub-section (1) or (2) is not the Official Trustee, the trustee shall, as soon
as practicable after that copy has been furnished, furnish a further copy to
the Official Receiver.".
