BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 28
Discharge by the Court
28. Section 150 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before
sub-paragraph (4) (a) (ii) the following sub-paragraph:
"(i) an Official Receiver;".
