BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 32

Control of trustees by the Court 
32. Section 179 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "the Inspector-General," after
        "Registrar,"; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-sections (2) and (3) ", the Inspector-General"
        after

"The Registrar".
