BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 34
Controlling trustee's accounts
34. Section 211 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(5) the following sub-section:
"(5A) The cost of an audit under this section, not being an audit carried out
by the Auditor-General, shall be borne by the estate of the debtor.".
