BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 6
Appointment of Inspector-General, Registrars, &c.
6. (1) Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting
"Governor-General" and substituting "Secretary to the Department".
(2) A person appointed by the Governor-General holding office under section 16
of the Principal Act immediately before the commencement of this section
continues to hold office after the commencement of this section as if that
person had been appointed by the Secretary to the Department.
