BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 9
The Official Trustee in Bankruptcy
9. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (8)
"All" and substituting "An Official Receiver may, in the name of, and on
behalf of, the Official Trustee, exercise or perform any of the powers or
functions of the Official Trustee, and all".
