BOUNTY (SHIPS) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 76 of 1985 - SECT 10
Advances on account of bounty
10. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by adding at the end of sub-section (1) "in writing";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) all the words after "amount" (third
occurring) and substituting "of the excess"; and
(c) by omitting from sub-section (3) all the words after "received".
