BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 12

12. Section 20D of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(8) (c) "a company the principal business of which" and substituting "a body
(whether incorporated or not) whose principal business".
