BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 23

23. (1) Section 59 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subparagraph (1) (c) (i) "or remuneration" after

"expenses"; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-subparagraph (1) (c) (iii) (A) ", or his
remuneration in the earlier bankruptcy that has," after " have".

(2) The amendments made by subsection (1) apply in relation to a bankrupt who
again becomes bankrupt after the commencement of this section, whether the
date of the earlier bankruptcy occurred before, on or after the day of that
commencement.
