BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 28

28. (1) Section 67 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (1) "the first" and substituting "a".

(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies as provided in subsection 
106 (1).
