BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 41

41. (1) Section 109 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (j) "general meeting of creditors" and
substituting "meeting of the creditors"; and

   (b)  by omitting subsection (4).

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), subsection 109 (4) of the Principal Act
continues to apply in relation to a bankrupt in respect of a bankruptcy if the
first dividend was paid before the commencement of this section.
