BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 56
Vacancy in office of trustee
56. Section 159 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) "general meeting" and substituting "meeting of the creditors".
