BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 67

67. Section 193 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "The provisions of sections" and
substituting "Sections";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (1) "subject to such modifications and
        adaptations (if any) as are prescribed by the rules" and substituting
        "with the prescribed modifications (if any)"; and

   (c)  by omitting subsection (2).
