BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 70

Entitlement to vote at meeting

70. (1) Section 198 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in
subsection (7) ", or the de facto spouse," after "spouse".

(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies as provided in subsection 
106 (2).
