BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 72
Resolution for deed of assignment etc.
72. (1) Section 204 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection
(7) "(other than a resolution of a kind referred to in subsection
215A (1))" after " section".
(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies as provided in subsection
106 (2).
