BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 82
Creditor may inspect deed etc.
82. (1) Section 226 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsections (1) and (2) "affairs referred to in section 195 of the debtor" and
substituting "the debtor's affairs given under subsection 188 (2)".
(2) The amendments made by subsection (1) apply as provided in subsection 106
(2).
