BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 86
Filing of statement of deceased debtor's affairs etc. by legal personal representative
86. (1) Section 246 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (1) ", in accordance with the prescribed form, verified by
affidavit,".
(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies as provided in subsection
106 (3).
