BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 102 of 1990 - SECT 18

Special provisions relating to public licences 
18. Section 119AB of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (3) (a) "or community promotional material"
after "community information";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (3A) ", or material is community
        promotional
material," after " community information";

   (c)  by adding at the end of subsection (3A) "or material".
