BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 102 of 1990 - SECT 4

4. Section 17C of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(6) the following subsection:

"(6A) Without limiting subsection (6), the reference in paragraph (6) (b) to
the exercise of 2 or more powers includes a reference to the exercise of:

   (a)  the power to grant a supplementary radio licence; and

   (b)  the power to grant a commercial radio licence that has a service area
        overlapping the service area proposed for the supplementary radio
        licence.".
