BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 9 of 1992 - SECT 3

3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding "or the annulment of the bankruptcy" at the end of paragraph
        (a) of the definition of "end" in subsection (1);

   (b)  by omitting "Securities Industries Act 1980 or a law of a State or the
        Northern Territory corresponding to that Act" from paragraph (a) of
        the definition of "private company" in subsection (1) and substituting
        "Corporations Law".
