BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1987 No. 80 of 1987 - SECT 6
Amendments of Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1 January 1986 for the purposes of its continued application to old system licences
6. For the purposes of the continued application, by virtue of section 98 of
the Broadcasting and Television Amendment Act 1985, of the Broadcasting and
Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1 January 1986, the
Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1 January
1986 is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Act.
