BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 7 of 1991 - SECT 18

18. Section 89K of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "89JA (1)," after "subsections";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:
  "(4)   References in subsections (2) and (3) to any application or
applications of this section include references to a combination of such an
application or applications and the operation of section 89JA.".
