BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 7 of 1991 - SECT 3

3. Section 14 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Leave of absence

"14. (1) The Minister may grant the Chairman leave of absence on such terms
and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister determines in
writing.

"(2) The Chairman may grant another member or an associate member leave of
absence on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the
Chairman determines in writing."
