BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1991 No. 183 of 1991 - SECT 26

26. If:

   (a)  an application for the grant of a supplementary broadcasting licence
        was made under the Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 before 1
        January 1986; and

   (b)  a licence has not been granted to the applicant in respect of that
        application before the commencement of this section; the application
        is taken to be an application for the grant of a supplementary radio
        licence made under section 82A of the Principal Act on 1 January 1986.
