BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1988 No. 56 of 1988 - SECT 16

References to provisions 
16. A reference in a law of the Commonwealth or of a Territory or in an
instrument or document, to a Part, Division or section of the Principal Act
that has been renumbered, or repealed and re-enacted, pursuant to this Act
shall be read as a reference to that Part, Division or section as so
renumbered.
