BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1988 No. 56 of 1988 - SECT 18

18. Where:

   (a)  after the commencement of this section and before the commencement of
        section 12, the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal makes an entry, in
        relation to a licence and a newspaper, under subsection 89S (2) of the
        Principal Act as in force at that time; and

   (b)  immediately before the commencement of this section, an entry was in
        force under subsection 91AAE (2) of the Principal Act in relation to
        the licence and the newspaper; the Tribunal may be satisfied as to the
        matters referred to in subsection 89S (3), (5) or (6) of the Principal
        Act as in force as mentioned in paragraph (a), and may make any entry
        required as a result to be made under that subsection, at the time of
        making the entry referred to in paragraph (a) or at any time before
        the commencement of section 12 of this Act.
