BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1988 No. 56 of 1988 - SECT 19

19. (1) For the purposes of the application of sections 92ZD and 92ZE of the
Principal Act, those sections have effect at all times after their
commencement as if they had come into operation immediately after the
commencement of section 19 of the Broadcasting (Ownership and Control) Act 
1987 .

(2) For the purposes of the application of the Principal Act, the
Broadcasting (Ownership and Control) Act 1987 and the Broadcasting Amendment 
Act 1987 , as in force at any time before the amendments made by section 13 of
this Act came into operation, the amendments made by that section shall be
disregarded.
