BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1988 No. 56 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Section 1, this section and sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 13, subsection 
14 (1) and sections 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 commence on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsections 6 (1) and 7 (1) and sections 10 and 11 shall be taken to have
commenced on 29 October 1987.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be fixed
by Proclamation.
