BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT ACT 2005 No. 113, 2005 - SECT 12
Minister may require reports
- (1)
- The Minister may, in writing, direct the ABC Commissioner to give the
Minister specified reports relating to the ABC Commissioner's functions.
Note: See also section 66, which restricts the disclosure of personal
information in a report.
- (2)
- The ABC Commissioner must comply with the direction.
