BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY) ACT 2016 (NO. 87, 2016) - SECT 13
Act to bind Crown
(1) This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.
(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Commonwealth or a State or Territory
liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
