Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to the body, known as the Office of the Fair Work Building Industry Inspectorate, that was established by section 26J of the Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 (as in force before the commencement of this section).
(2) That body continues in existence by force of this section, under and subject to the provisions of this Act, under the name of the Australian Building and Construction Commission.
