BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY) ACT 2016 (NO. 87, 2016) - SECT 71
When powers of authorised officers may be exercised
An authorised officer may exercise compliance powers:
(a) at any time during working hours; or
(b) at any other time, if the authorised officer reasonably believes
that it is necessary to do so for compliance purposes.
