Bank Account Debits Tax Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 110 of 1983 - SECT 14

14. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) ''in accordance with section
10'' ;

         (b)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) ''in accordance with that
section''; and

         (c)  by omitting from sub-section (5) ''liable to pay the tax'' and
substituting ''in respect of whom the amended assessment is made''.
