BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 143 of 1980 - SECT 15

15. Section 72 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Taxation

"72. The Commission is not subject to taxation under any law of the
Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.".
