BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 143 of 1980 - SECT 34
Amendment of Broadcasting and Television Amendment Act 1977- renewal of licences
34. Section 33 of the Broadcasting and Television Amendment Act 1977*3* is
amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:
"(13) The provisions of Division 3 of Part II of the Principal Act as amended
and in force from time to time apply, and shall be deemed at all times to have
applied, in relation to an inquiry held under this section in like manner as
they apply in relation to an inquiry held under that Division.".
