BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 103
Area inquiries
103. For the purposes of the application of section 18A of the amended Act on
or after the commencement date, references in that section to licensees shall
be read as including references to the holders of old system licences.
