BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 19

19. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting all the words from and including "inquiry" to and including
"proceedings," (second occurring) and substituting "ordinary inquiry, a party
to the proceedings"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:



"(2) As far as practicable, the Tribunal shall ensure that no party to
proceedings before the Tribunal at an ordinary inquiry suffers any detriment
by reason that the party is not represented in those proceedings by a
barrister, solicitor or agent.".
