BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 22

22. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (3) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(3) Subject to section 19, the Tribunal shall ensure that every party to
proceedings before the Tribunal at an ordinary inquiry is given a reasonable
opportunity to present his or her case.".
