BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 33

33. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) "service" before "specifications";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ", in the case of a matter referred
        to in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) of the definition of
        'specification' in sub-section 80 (1),";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "specification" and substituting "
        'service specification' or 'technical condition' "; and

   (d)  by omitting sub-section (3).
