BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 43
Limitation on transfer of certain licences
43. Section 89B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:
"(1) This section applies to a commercial licence or a public licence.".
