BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 49

49. Section 90F of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:

"(1) A person contravenes this section if, and so long as, the person is a
director of 2 or more companies that are, between them, in a position to
exercise control of-

   (a)  each of 2 or more metropolitan commercial radio licences in the same
        State;

   (b)  each of 5 or more metropolitan commercial radio licences;

   (c)  each of 5 or more commercial radio licences in the same State; or

   (d)  each of 9 or more commercial radio licences.".
