BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 52
Repeal of heading and substitution of new heading
52. The heading to Division 3 of Part IV of the Principal Act is repealed and
the following heading is substituted: "Division 3-Limitation on Ownership and
Control of Commercial Television
Licences''.
