BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 54

54. Section 91C of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) "form approved by the Tribunal" and
substituting "regulations";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (10) ", subject to sub-section (11), ";
        and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (11).
