BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 56

56. Section 92 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(1) A person contravenes this section if, and so long as, the person has a
prescribed interest in-

   (a)  each of 3 or more commercial television licences;

   (b)  each of 2 or more commercial television licences in the same
        Territory; or

   (c)  each of 2 or more metropolitan commercial television licences in the
        same State.".
