BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 63
Inspection
63. Section 98 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "A commercial
broadcasting station or a commercial television station" and substituting "The
equipment and facilities used for or in connection with the broadcasting or
transmission of programs pursuant to a licence".
