BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 76

76. Section 111C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (c) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(c) to investigate and correct interference with-

        (i)    the transmission to the general public of radio and television
               programs; and

        (ii)   the reception, within the service area concerned, of radio and
               television programs; and"; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (2) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(a) consult representatives of the Corporation, the Service and licensees in
relation to matters affecting them; and".
