BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 80
Encouragement of Australian artists
80. Section 114 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) "of a commercial broadcasting station, in the broadcasting" and
substituting "broadcast pursuant to a radio licence, in the broadcasting by
radio".
